Whether you're tackling a kitchen renovation or building a home from the ground up, our process is designed to keep things clear, calm, and collaborative. Here's what you can expect when you work with us.
Most of our clients have never taken on a renovation or custom home project before. That’s why we don’t just show up with a crew and a hammer. We guide you through the process from the first phone call to the final walk-through.
We explain what’s happening, what to expect, and what comes next. We welcome any question (even the ones you think are too small to ask).
We believe it’s our job to make this feel easy and fun, even if it’s your first rodeo.
Every family lives differently, and your home should reflect that. Maybe you need a kitchen that makes hosting easier. Or a spot where the kids can do homework without taking over the whole house. Or a home office that actually feels like a place you want to spend time in…whether you're on Zoom calls or recording your next podcast.
We take the time to understand how you really live, then we build around what matters most to you. You have the Pinterest board and Instagram screenshots. We’ve got the tools to build it.
We believe a great home should fit your style and your lifestyle.
We’ve heard the horror stories. The disappearing contractor. The weeks without updates. The unanswered calls. That’s not how we operate.
When you work with us, you always get fast, honest communication. We’re quick to respond, quick to update, and always just a phone call (or text) away.
We believe your contractor should be as reliable with communication as they are with a hammer.
We aim for quality and speed, without losing sight of your budget.
We plan carefully, communicate clearly, and make decisions with the big picture in mind. That means we’re upfront about costs, honest about timelines, and quick to flag anything that could impact either. We don’t make promises we can’t keep and if something changes, you’ll be the first to know.
We believe trust is built by doing what you say you’re going to do.
We’re the kind of contractor you bring home to meet your friends.
Our clients come back to us again and again, and they refer us to the people they care about. That’s how we know we’re doing something right.
We believe that when you treat people right, they stick around. And so do we.

Building or renovating your home can feel overwhelming. At Saros Construction and Consulting, we’ve created a process that makes it straightforward, streamlined, and even enjoyable.
We love working alongside architects and designers. If you already have one, we’ll collaborate seamlessly to bring the plan to life. If you’re still figuring that part out, we’ll connect you with trusted partners who align with your vision and style.
We speak both languages — design and construction — and pride ourselves on bridging the gap between big ideas and flawless execution.
We’ll walk the space together, wrap up any final items, and make sure every detail is just right. Then it’s time to move in, settle in, and enjoy your new space — and of course, give us a call when you’re ready for phase two.
Once everything’s in place, it’s go time. Our team shows up on time, communicates clearly, and keeps the site clean and organized. You’ll get regular updates as we move through each phase of the build.
We'll send over a detailed proposal with scope, budget and next steps. We’ll collaborate to align the design with your goals, timeline, and budget. Permits, plans, selections — we’ll walk you through it all.
We’ll schedule a visit to your home or property to meet you, go over plans (if you have some), hear your ideas, and get a real sense of you and your space. If you need an architect, no problem! We've got you covered.
Once we’ve reviewed your form, we’ll schedule a quick call to learn more, answer any big-picture questions, and see if we’re the right fit for your project.
Ready to get started? Head to our Contact Page and tell us a little about your project, your timeline, and your vision. It only takes a few minutes — and it’s the first step in bringing your dream space to life.
